Learn to Speak Spanish & Dance Salsa
Salsa dancing has taken the world by storm. Combine an intense Spanish course at ASLI with salsa lessons from world class instructors, then dance the night away in one of Cuernavaca's dance cafes.
ASLI has a program that lets you do just that — practice your Spanish during dance class or while enjoying Cuernavaca's cultural offerings. It's an authentic experience you'll never forget.
Salsa was the result of a musical evolution of various Latin rhythms, beginning in 1930s New York with influences from Latin music styles and afro jazz.
Social and political pressures in Cuba and Puerto Rico sent many into exile in New York, where Caribbeans who grew up in Spanish Harlem cooked up this special recipe with other musicians.
We can help you organize a Spanish and salsa program that fits your needs. This is an ideal combination, especially for groups.
